CONDIZIONI DI CANCELLAZIONE

In caso di cancellazione, applicheremo le seguenti condizioni a seconda della data di cancellazione:
Per cancellazioni effettuate prima di 30 giorni dall’arrivo previsto conserveremo la caparra (pari al 50% del totale) riutilizzabile per un anno dalla data di cancellazione;
Per cancellazioni effettuate dopo i 30 giorni prima dell’arrivo previsto tratterremo il 50% dell’importo dovuto;
Per cancellazioni nei 3 giorni precedenti dell’arrivo è dovuto il 100%;
Per cancellazioni in corso del soggiorno è dovuto il 100 %.

CANCELLAZIONE DA PARTE NOSTRA:  Rimborseremo completamente quanto a noi versato.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation the following conditions will apply depending on the cancellation date:
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival we will retain the deposit equal to 50% of the total which can be reused within one year from the cancellation date;
For cancellations made within 30 days before the scheduled arrival we will retain 50% of the total amount due;
For cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival 100% of the amount is due;
For cancellations during the stay 100% of the amount is due

CANCELLATION ON OUR PART: We will fully refund any amounts paid to us
