The price includes: electricity for the appliances provided by the property, gas, fixed heating at 20 degrees, Wi-Fi, linens with weekly change, communal laundry, ski room, final cleaning and sanitization.
If the apartments are returned with dirty dishes, uncollected trash, or in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charge
